The Interested participants are required to submit their CV/abstract/full length paper etc. through email to Dr. Girish Chandra on rasmafes2018@gmail.com/ gchandra23@yahoo.com in MS word Format (Times New Roman 11 pt, 1.5 spacing, left and top margin 2", right and bottom margin 1"). The CV (not more than two pages) should include area of interest, publications (if any) in the areas of forestry/environmental sciences etc. Important guidelines for the abstract/paper are as:

Title: The title should indicate contents precisely (not more than 10-15 words long ,14 pt bold).
Author information: Name, complete mailing address, telephone number, fax and e-mail address of all the authors (Name of presenting author should be underlined).
Abstract: Abstract should be accurate representation of the paper and not exceeding 250 words.
Keywords: Not exceeding 6 words (11 pt bold and italics).
Text: The text should contain an introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion and literature cited. Paper should be limited to 3000 words.
References:  In the text, the references should be indicated (within parenthesis) by the author (s) name (s) and year. The references should be listed alphabetically by the author’s last name in the following format.

(only few papers shall be selected for the presentation and would be published in the form of refereed proceeding. Springer Publisher has given consent to publish the proceeding, however, it shall totally depend on the quantity and quality of manuscripts)
